一、用前檢查(Inspect the container)：

懸掛集裝箱干燥劑之前，請先檢查集裝箱以確保：

Before using container desiccant,Inspect the container,ensuring that:

1.集裝箱門、壁、地板、頂部均無破損。

It is free from damage: no holes ,gaps in the floor,walls or ceiling, etc.

2.集裝箱內干爽潔凈。

It is clean and dry .

3.檢測集裝箱木地板水分含量，不得超過25%，18%以內為佳。

Check moisture content of container floor,best keep it below 18% ,do not exceed 25% ,Had better increase the amount of desiccant in the container.

①木地板含水量超過20%的情況下，每增加1.5%的濕度，建議加多1KG集裝箱干燥劑。

For floor exceeding 20% moisture content add 1 pc 1kg desiccant for each 1.5%.

②裝運棉麻制品及含水量超過18%的貨物，每增加1.5%的濕度，建議加多1KG集裝箱干燥劑。

For ramie cotton fabric or other products exceeding 18% moisture, add 1 pc 1kg desiccant for each 1.5%.

③裝運草藤編織物及棕櫚制品等水分含量較高的貨物，每增加1.5%的濕度，建議加多2KG集裝箱干燥劑。

For grass rattan fabric , palm products or other high moiture content proucts , add 2pcs 1kg desiccant for each 1.5%.

三、詳細步驟(Using steps)：

STEP 1：從集裝箱內部封住所有透氣孔，如透氣孔未被封住，集裝箱干燥劑將無法吸盡源源不斷進入集裝箱的濕氣。

Seal air vents, make sure the desiccant in sealed condition.

STEP 2：打開干燥劑包裝紙箱，取出一袋干燥劑;拆開干燥劑密封袋，取出一條集裝箱干燥劑。

Take the desiccant out of the carton,make sure it is useful .

STEP 3-1：CODC-91-10的用法(How to use CODC-91-10?)

此款集裝箱干燥棒較柔軟帶掛鉤，請借助梯子將干燥劑掛在集裝箱兩側的掛環上。

CODC-91-10 is 1kg container desiccant without hard cover that hanging alongside the container wall , please use ladder for help.

STEP 3-2：CODB-91-10的用法(How to use CODB-91-10?)

此款集裝箱干燥劑帶有硬紙彩卡外殼，美觀堅固帶掛鉤?？芍苯訉⒏稍飫覓炫c集裝箱內部兩側的掛環上。

CODB-91-10 is 1kg container desiccant with hard colorful cover that hanging alongside the container wall.

STEP 3-3：CODC-91-14的用法(How to use CODC-91-14?)

此款集裝箱干燥條帶掛鉤與掛繩，請將掛鉤和掛繩分別固定在集裝箱兩側的掛環上，使之懸掛在集裝箱頂部，盡量拉平。

CODC-91-14 is 1.4kg container desiccant with roles that hanging at the roof ceiling of the container.

STEP 3-4：CODD-91-10的用法(How to use CODD-91-10?)

此款集裝箱干燥包體型小巧，使用靈活，主要平放在貨物頂部上面。幾乎不占用多余的空間;使用時請注意不要擠壓。

CODD-91-10 is 1kg container desiccant without hook, flat the desiccant on the surface of the cartons. Do not press!

STEP 4：集裝箱干燥劑懸掛完成后，請盡快將貨物裝入集裝箱內。

Keep loading time short after hanging the desiccant.

STEP 5：裝貨完后，請盡快關閉集裝箱門，避免集裝箱貨柜干燥劑長時間暴露在開放空間中。

Seal the door as soon as possible.

四、參考用量(For reference)：

CODD-91-10 建議每6立方米空間放置1-2條。

Use 1~2 pcs CODD-91-10 for each 6 CBM.
